My
experience with power-tripping Honda reps…
Below
is an e-mail exchange I had with the Honda of Fife mechanic
We don't use Honda oil if that's what you mean. You
can use Honda oil, but
that is more money. We only use Honda oil if a customer wants
it. We are
use the recommended oil weight, just like all other Honda dealers.
I have been in the business for over 18 years, so I will not let you insult
me about my procedures. I was using my dad as an example how people get a
customer to things that they were taught growing up. We wouldn't be #1 in
our District of all Honda dealers in our area, if we were doing something
wrong. So if you want to do the 10,000 service, that's all up to
you. So
good luck. Take care and have a great day!

so you don't use the oil recommended by Honda for my car?
And you follow oil changing procedures taught to you by your dad? and not by
Honda standards??

Here is another
e-mail exchange with Honda of Fife Internet Sales Manager.
Really, thanking you for your business is not positive to
you??? You have a
problem then. Obviously you do not care about anyone or anything, why would
you, right?
Please do the same Debra, lose our address and find your Honda mechanic.
They can give you free service just to stop hearing you complain about
everything! We really do not like giving free service every time you come
anyway. I just wonder if you are ever happy anywhere you go?
Have you ever
made a friend in any service based business? We all would really have to
guess that answer to be a huge NO.

you asked for my feedback! it's not
negativity. It's reality.
sheez.. don't
ask if you don't want an answer. What positive comment did
you send? Never mind. I don't care. Spare me the 'nice
notes'.
Lose my address. We'll both be happier.
